Mixing plan
UF dog can share a set with compatible pollen, mite and cat extracts. Confirm the final formulation with the manufacturer. CSACI mixing guidance ↗
Each treatment set contains one allergen mixture at four build-up concentrations. Each extract counts as one entry, including each mite species. Additional sets are used when compatibility or capacity requires.
Targets & supplier details
These are final maintenance-vial concentrations, not stock concentrates. The supplier prepares the mixture; this builder does not calculate stock volumes. Reference targets are not product verification.
PNU values require current supplier confirmation. Exact stock strengths, diluent, glycerin, compatibility and expiry remain with the preparing supplier.

This clinician-selected template uses eight doses in each vial and differs from the CSACI appendix example. Weekly is the default; twice-weekly visits are at least 2 days apart. Dose progression, starting concentration and final maintenance dose need prescriber adjustment for sensitivity and reactions. This template is for aqueous environmental SCIT, not venom, rush or pre-seasonal depot products.
